  •  Crude oil tanks, pipelines, a gas compression plant, a natural gas liquid recovery plant, and any additional structures the applicant deems necessary.
  •  Operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during drilling, activities resulting in:
    Specific Plan Overlay
    Proposed Specific Plan boundaries
  •  Risks of blow-outs, explosions, and/or release of toxic vapors
    •  Visual blight that cannot be covered over
    • Excessive industrial noise, including clanging pipes, heavy trucks and machinery, buzzing hoists and lifts, men shouting, motors, brakes on drawworks, shakers and warning devices
    • Hundreds of heavy trucks bringing pipes and equipment causing traffic congestion and roadway damage
